Tokyo Bunka Kaikan (Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture), The Yomiuri Shimbun, Kao Corporation, and Tokyo Metropolitan Government present the Tokyo Music Competition to discover, encourage and support the young gifted artists.
